Terms of Service

ShopFix public scans check a sample of products for broken description links, image problems and missing alt text. Connected audits review product descriptions and product/variant metafields. Audits are read-only. Optional description and supported metafield changes require product-write permission, a saved original value, your review and explicit approval. We never change theme code, checkout, payments, pricing or inventory.

AI drafts are editable suggestions, not verified product facts. Review all content before approving it. Undo restores the saved original when the field still matches the applied fix; if a newer edit is detected, it stops rather than overwriting that edit. Contact support if restoration needs review.

Only scan stores you own or are authorized to review, or stores whose public pages you are permitted to view. Do not misuse the service, overload it with automated requests, or attempt to disrupt it.

Public results use the sampled catalog and tested addresses; connected results use data accessible through approved Shopify permissions at audit time. Results may include false positives or miss issues. Reports and AI drafts are informational and provided "as is" without guarantees of rankings, conversions or sales.

Shopify app Pro is $14 USD every 30 days after a 14-day trial, billed through Shopify. Verified development stores receive free testing access. Cancel by uninstalling the app; Shopify handles billing according to its terms. The website early-access beta is a separate offer.

To the extent permitted by law, ShopFix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits, arising from use of the service or actions taken based on a report.
